They arrived at the appointed time and Bill explained the process. After that they got down to business. Totally professional and efficient and the carpet looks great. We used Howard's on multiple occasions over the years. The bottom line is you’re gonna get great service at a very fair and reasonable price! We have used them to provide move-in services i.e. cleaning every surface in the house, including sealing grout lines. We are most amazed at how even with having large dogs, they’ve been able to keep an original, very light carpet in presentable shape for us over those years.
