Billy came to clean a couch and love seat. He worked for over an hour on the couch and said “I can’t charge you for this… it isn’t coming clean”. He pointed out things I’m not sure I would have noticed. Who does that???? Who doesn’t finish, leaving the cushions out to dry, collect their money and leave???? An honest man of integrity!!! Y'all, Billy is just wonderful and I am confident that anyone else who works with him is just as incredible. Have you seen 5* reviews with 316 reviews? I don't recall that I've seen a cumulative 5* review, but I digress...

He is incredibly professional and is reasonable with the time he takes but I am THRILLED with the results! He is meticulous!!

We had some awesome chats (Spaceballs and Ludacris Speed, HAHA!!!) and even had lunch together with my husband. He is awesome in every area. Great with my dog who is an intimidating terrier mix but the sweetest guy. Sometimes people get nervous, which I understand and it sucks so badly. Chitchatting in such a fun way and my house smelling like it's brand new is absolutely the best case scenario. Breaking bread at my dinner table just having life talk? Unheard of.

If I could give more stars I would.

Looking for a carpet cleaning company I decided this is the one. Amazing customer service. Very courteous, precise and informative over the phone. The tech was very polite and came in and out and left us nothing, but a perfectly clean white carpet. Amid this covid19 story he was dressed with the necessary protective booties and mask. Never touched anything other than his equipment. Will use Howard’s again and highly recommend.

I phoned Howard's Cleaning Service based on the online reviews. I needed someone to clean our floor tiles and area rugs. Ashley promptly answered the phone and gave me a rough estimate based on the size. Howard came out the next day to look at the areas and locked in a price. Michael came the following week and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. Michael arrived on time and was very congenial and professional. He did a superb job! We like to support local companies whenever possible and this fit the bill. Local, professional, affordable and an excellent result. We highly recommend this company.
