Billy came to clean a couch and love seat. He worked for over an hour on the couch and said “I can’t charge you for this… it isn’t coming clean”. He pointed out things I’m not sure I would have noticed. Who does that???? Who doesn’t finish, leaving the cushions out to dry, collect their money and leave???? An honest man of integrity!!! A man who takes pride in his work!!! A man I will call for any of my cleaning needs!!! Thank you Howard’s Cleaning!!!

We had some awesome chats (Spaceballs and Ludacris Speed, HAHA!!!) and even had lunch together with my husband. He is awesome in every area. Great with my dog who is an intimidating terrier mix but the sweetest guy. Sometimes people get nervous, which I understand and it sucks so badly. Chitchatting in such a fun way and my house smelling like it's brand new is absolutely the best case scenario. Breaking bread at my dinner table just having life talk? Unheard of.

2025 update: we called Howard’s to clean our white carpet again and added the whole house tile grout. Very efficient and professional. Our tech was polite and detailed. Communication great Cost is good. Highly recommend.

Looking for a carpet cleaning company I decided this is the one. Amazing customer service. Very courteous, precise and informative over the phone. The tech was very polite and came in and out and left us nothing, but a perfectly clean white carpet. Amid this covid19 story he was dressed with the necessary protective booties and mask. Never touched anything other than his equipment. Will use Howard’s again and highly recommend.
We are first time customers. Very easy to schedule service. Billy was on time and did a great job! All traffic areas and stains were pre-treated and the job was done in just over an hour. Very reasonable rate and we are completely satisfied! Will definitely use them again!
Absolutely great service every time! We use them every few months to do the carpet in our high traffic lobby and whether it’s red wine, smashed cupcakes, or who knows what lol….. they get it out every time. Only wish I had a before picture to show the landmine looking marks that were there just a few hours ago after a party of 44 13 year olds!
I phoned Howard's Cleaning Service based on the online reviews. I needed someone to clean our floor tiles and area rugs. Ashley promptly answered the phone and gave me a rough estimate based on the size. Howard came out the next day to look at the areas and locked in a price. Michael came the following week and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. Michael arrived on time and was very congenial and professional. He did a superb job! We like to support local companies whenever possible and this fit the bill. Local, professional, affordable and an excellent result. We highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service!!! My Aunts House flooded last Thursday from Hurricane Helene. She had 2-4 inches of salt water through out her house. Through wonderful family we were able to find Howard’s cleaning service. What a blessing… he came out the very next day. Her floors are cleaned, disinfected free from moisture. I called Howard’s Cleaning Service after our dog was sick on our new rug. They were able to schedule me for the next business day. The day of the appointment, they sent a curtesy text message to let me know that they were on their way. The technician was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Howard’s cleaned my tile floors and upholstered furniture on Monday. I am 100% satisfied. The tiles and grout are super clean. Furniture looks like new.
